on everything from estimating the job to filling out the final Full
Unconditional Waiver of Lien.

- With our program we can create a design for you, or use your design to
generate blueprints. Also we can show you what your project will look like
in 3D.
- Computer Assisted General Contracting
- We have designed and created our own program specifically for
General Contracting. The Original Contract is tied directly to the Change
Orders, they are in turn tied to the Waivers of Lien and the Sworn Statement
and everything is updated automatically. The program even has the capability
of separately tracking bank financing and your out of pocket costs, if
needed.
